Whole System Improvement

Beginning with management teams, the development of every person starts with listening to the whole system. We help make the workplace more energized, creative and successful.

We engaged with leaders to to uncover functions that weren't working as well as they could.  The shocking moment was the amount of time spent managing dysfunctions. For this team, it was eye-opening to find that spend half of their time managing through and with dysfunctions. They opted to start a project working on the steering that only they can do by discussing clarity of objectives that were being cascaded down without having a conversation or a feedback loop for the whether the initiatives were prioritized or reasonable.  Helping this team realize that they should ask for clarity and negotiate for priorities will lead to about $87K annually for the team alone. They also extended this beyond their team and realized they could help the entire division which would lead to $880K annually.
