The Leader in Everyone

Each person brings unique gifts and talent to the organization. In adaptive, healthy systems, leaders emerge from all parts of the organization when their skills are best fit to the situation.

While we work with every person in the system, not every person knows their value.  We worked to express that not every person's needs were being met which was costly to them personally and to the organization. Not realizing that their time was important and their ability to learn new skills was being overshadowed by too much work in the system. This was leading to burnout and apathy. They felt defeated that any change was forthcoming. We gave them hope to find the time to work on the skills of the future by pointing out the importance and to work as a team to define their skills for future with a tangible plan to meet this goal.
